Ok, I've written a lot of negative comments about Bush's administration. I thought it was time to write something positive.

Bush is required all his senior staff to attend ethics classes. I don't know what's going to stick, but this is by far the best thing I've heard about the Vulcan administration in a long time. For that, Bush gets a:
