NaNoWriMo fun!!
I'm working slowly on this "novel." I'm at 779 words. That's hardly anything but it's a start.
The story's called The Adventures of Corporate Bob. Seriously. It's the idea I had for a comic book possibility but I never got started and so I'm working now on it as prose. The biggest problem, however, is that I originally conceived of this work as having no (or as little) dialogue as possible. I was just going to write a one-page summary at the beginning with character bios and setting descriptions. Then just pictures. Unfortunately, a novel can't really allow pictures to speak for themselves. So, I'm just trying to work this out slowly but surely.
I also bought season 4 of Star Trek: Enterprise on DVD. I know, I know, but I heard the show was really starting to turn itself around and that Manny Coto's writing was stellar. I just had to see it for myself. So far, it's actually pretty good.
