Gas Prices

So Rita's going to hit and there's a better than average chance that she's going to tear through a couple of refineries on her way past. There's also a good chance that oil prices will be jacked up yet again. Never fret, however, because... well, there's no because. I just hope people don't get too worried. Realistically, prices will rise. I doubt, however, that it'll go beyond 4 dollars a gallon. Still steep but not as bad as the 5 dollars they're predicting.
